I’ve never celebrated Valentine’s Day. I don’t believe in it. It just seems like a big commercial excuse to buy red heart-shaped things and pig out on chocolates. Even the bad guys slowed down yesterday. I don’t think there was one call of distress all day long. I did have a chance to go shopping though, thank god!
p.s. Little Epic, if you’re reading this, I really appreciated the home-made Valentine’s cupcakes. They were...really...sweet.

I don’t think I can take it any more. My apartment is a mess! Val leaves her things all over the bathroom counter, Little Epic’s tent may as well be the entire living room, since his clothing is draped across everything! Brood’s contraptions have left oil marks on the carpet one too many times and nobody ever does the dishes, EVER! I’m not asking for a lot, just for cleanliness, appreciation, respect and gratitude for being guests in my home! I mean seriously! Ugh!
I think I need some time for myself. Maybe I’ll call up some friends and we can play cards or something. I just have to get out of this mess!
I don’t mean to lash out on all of you, but you have to understand...it’s a complete catastrophe!!
Maybe I’ll mention something to them soon…
